Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 September 2026

This policy explains how IUX International Limited ("IUX", "we") handles personal data, including data accessed through our internal business automation tools.

Who we are

IUX International Limited, HE432183, Cavo Greko Avenue 297, 5296 Paralimni, Cyprus. Contact: office@iux-group.com.

Internal automation and Google user data

Our internal tooling connects to Google accounts owned and operated by IUX International Limited. It is used only by our own staff, on our own company mailboxes and files. It is not offered to third parties and no external user is asked to grant access.

Where our tooling accesses Google user data, it does so strictly to operate our own business correspondence and records: reading and sending email from our own company mailboxes, and reading and writing our own calendar and file entries.

Google user data obtained through these tools is used only for the purpose described above. It is not sold, not transferred to third parties for advertising, not used to train generalised artificial intelligence models, and not used for any purpose unrelated to operating our business. Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we process

Why we process it

To perform contracts we have entered into, to comply with legal and accounting obligations under Cyprus and EU law, and for the legitimate interest of running and securing our business.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that operate our infrastructure, such as hosting, email, accounting and payment providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Providers act on our instructions under written agreements.

Retention

We keep records for as long as the business relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Cyprus tax and company law, currently six years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to office@iux-group.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
